What should I wear?

Our dress code is Garden Party Black Tie Optional. This means traditional formal attire is welcome, while we encourage guests to embrace the outdoor setting with lighter colors, floral prints, and breathable fabrics. Women may consider a midi or maxi dress in soft pastels or vibrant florals, while men might opt for a well-tailored suit in a lighter fabric or seasonal color.

What are my choices for transportation?

Shuttle service will be available from two nearby hotels: the Marriott AC Hotel and the Hilton Garden Inn, both located in Newtown Square, approximately 15 minutes from the venue. Complimentary valet service will be provided upon arrival. Guests may also use Uber or Lyft, which can drop you off directly at the venue entrance.

What time does the ceremony begin?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive approximately 30 minutes early to allow plenty of time to walk to the ceremony space and find their seats before the celebration begins.

What time does the reception end?

The reception will conclude at 10:00 PM. Shuttle service back to the hotels will begin at 9:00 PM and will continue following the conclusion of the evening.

Are Children invited?

We adore your little ones, but due to space and logistical considerations, we are only able to accommodate our nieces and nephews at the wedding. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a special evening celebrating with us.

Is the wedding outdoors?

Yes! Our entire celebration will take place outdoors, including the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Please keep this in mind when selecting your attire and accessories. Since much of the event will be on grass, we recommend that guests consider comfortable footwear options, such as block heels, wedges, or flats.

What if something changes and I can/cannot make it after I have RSVP’d?

We understand that things come up. If your plans change, please email us at wandkthompson@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can update our guest list and make any necessary arrangements.
